“The arrested individuals have been recognized as Jameel Shafi, son of Shafi Ahmed, a resident of tenth South Avenue, Home No 15-B, Part II Extension, and Naveed Bilwani, son of Rafique, a resident of Home No159, Khayaban-e-Roomi, DHA,” stated an official quoted by ANI.
